Module 3: As we deepen our meditation practice, it’s time to explore yet another powerful type of meditation. Our third module takes a deep dive into understanding Vipassana Meditation. From the origins to its implications and benefits to practicing the meditation form, this module covers it all.
Module 3 : Venturing into the world of Vipassana
Module 4: In module 4, we venture deeper into mindfulness practices that help enhance our ability to live in the present. We would also learn in depth about yet another branch of meditation and experience it through a guided meditation practice.
Module 4 : Deepening Mindfulness
Module 5: In the 5th module, we will dive deeper into a few important concepts of spirituality, understanding them meaning and implications in depth and further deepening our foundation in the world of spirituality.
Module 5 : Deepening Your Spiritual Understanding
Module 6: Module 6 takes us through the world of Kundalini Energy. In this module we will understand the concepts and importance of Kundalini Energy and conclude the module with a guided meditation practice that provides us a glimpse into the Kundalini power.
Module 6 : Unleashing the Hidden Serpent
Module 7: In Module 7, you’ll embody one of the core intentions of this course: using meditation as a tool to cultivate compassion and restore a sense of collective belonging. This module supports your evolution from practitioner to teacher — helping you understand how meditative practices can ease suffering, break down inner barriers, and foster meaningful human connection. By the end, you’ll be prepared to guide others with authenticity — sharing not just techniques, but the wisdom that comes from lived experience.
